The Baseline Tennis Centre was opened in September 2010 as a result of a partnership between Stafford Manor High School and the Lawn Tennis Association.

 

The opening was performed by Greg Rusedski and the Chief Executive Officer of the Lawn Tennis Association, Roger Draper.  The first ball ever hit on court at the Baseline was done so by Greg Rusedski.  Both the racquet and the ball can be found on display in the centre.

 

We offer a full coaching programme and offer facilities both for Members and Pay & Play customers.  We host County Tennis Competitions, Junior Competitions, schools events, University tennis and coaching courses.

 

The Baseline is a registerd Tennis venue with the LTA / British Tennis.  We are also the Stafford base for Tennis Staffordshire.

 

Visitors are always very welcome at the Baseline.
